Higashimurayama is located on the eastern edge of the Sayama Hills, almost in the center of the Musashino Terrace. Most of the city area is flat, except for the northwestern hills. .

By the time I leave the office, it’s dark. I’m walking down the streets, and Higashimurayama looks so different at night. The lights are twinkling, and it’s kinda magical. I pass by the Higashimurayama Park, and I see families having picnics. I’m like, “Why didn’t I think of that?”
