With this proposal and its framing of fighting human trafficking and organized crime, the Nether-lands is reneging on its original progressive legalization by adopting a strict regulation of all .

I make my way there, and the wind is picking up. I’m dodging cyclists left and right. Seriously, these people ride like they’re in the Tour de France! I almost got taken out by a dude on a bike. I’m yelling, “Watch it!” but he just zooms past. Rude, right?
