Jan 31,  · Prior to the Russian revolution, Kreutzburg (Krustpils), a small shtetl, was located in the Latvian part of the Pale of Settlement and Jekabpils, a large town, was outside .

Then, bam! I bump into this old dude. He’s got a beard like a bush. I’m like, “Sorry, man!” He just grunts. Classic Krustpils vibe, I guess. Everyone’s in their own world.
