Like any other large city, there is no lack of brothels, swinger clubs and seedy joints in Buenos Aires. Prostitution is, for the most part, legal here and is advertised subtly. There is a loose law .

So, I keep walkin’ and head over to the Parque de Penuelas. It’s beautiful there, with all the trees and stuff. I sit on a bench, just takin’ it all in. But then, I see this guy joggin’ by. He’s wearin’ a bright yellow tank top, and I swear, it’s so bright I almost need sunglasses. I’m thinkin’, “Dude, chill with the neon!” 😂
